Our website features items that are crafted or decorated by hand. As such, although they are similar and reproducible, no two pieces can ever be completely identical. Minor imperfections should not be considered defects, but rather unique features that make every single item one of a kind.

Order Processing & Shipping

Items may be:

• Available in our store (processing time: approx. 1–2 business days)

• Available in an external warehouse (processing time: approx. 2–5 business days)

• Customized for you (variable processing time, which will be communicated in advance)

Please note that courier delivery times (shown during Checkout, typically 2 to 4 business days, except for special or remote areas) must be added to the processing times stated above.

Ordered products will be delivered packaged to the ground floor; assembly and delivery to upper floors are excluded. In addition to home delivery, you may also pick up your order directly at our retail store La Bottega Creativa in Faenza (RA).

Shipping costs apply to areas regularly served by standard carriers. If the delivery location is classified as a "remote area," shipping costs may vary; in such cases, you will be contacted via email to discuss how to proceed.

For special delivery requirements, please contact us by email. Any additional services will be at the customer's expense.

Where applicable, customs duties and import taxes applied by the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. These costs are to be considered in addition to the total order amount and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
